The freshly-harvested asparagus then undergoes an optimised post-harvest processing carried out under very stringent hygiene standards. We use the latest imaging technology and more than 20 different parameters to ensure that we get a homogenous grading in 4 mm steps for all grades.

The next step is to preserve the freshness and quality of the asparagus with the help of our innovative refrigerating and storage technology. In particular, our continuous fresh water coolers make sure that the unique flavour is retained.
